Pawn means that Golden Pawn 2 loans you money for a collateral you put up for pawn. The amount of money you need to borrow greatly shapes the amount we lend you, but in the end is often determined by the value of the item which the pawn shop estimates on actively updating market values. All pawns are termed for 30 days with an additional 30 grace period. Interest accrues monthly at rates stipulated to us by the Oklahoma Department of Consumer Credit, which are non negotiable! After 60 days if the interest is not paid or the loan is not paid back in full with interest the item is forfeit and becomes the property of the pawnshop. We often work with peole to extend this period until a payday comes, but that is at the descretion of the shop! If you have any questions about this or any part of pawning call us!
Buy means you do not want your items back, you simply want us to give you money for it and be done! Once something is sold to us it immediately goes into a hold for the serial numbers to be investigated by local authorities. We like to buy things that people aren't planning on comming back for so be clear if you just want to sell it (it may get you a little more money)!
